From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
In the Risk Management section, click Hazardous Situation. Result: The Hazardous Situation list window is displayed.
Click the Hazardous Situation link of the record to be reactivated. Result: The Hazardous Situation edit window is displayed.
Enable the Active radio button.
Click the Submit button. Result: The hazardous situation has been reactivated and is displayed in the Hazardous Situation list window with a status of Active.
